Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to create, distribute, or facilitate activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Platform Abuse

Users may not:

• attempt to bypass safety or moderation systems
• exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
• overload infrastructure with abusive traffic
• interfere with the stability or performance of the Services

4. Misuse of Artificial Intelligence

Users may not use the Services to:

• create deceptive AI systems designed to impersonate individuals without disclosure
• produce large-scale misinformation campaigns
• automate harmful social manipulation or fraud

5. Google Workspace Data and Limited Use

Qubrid AI operates certain AI models in a strictly self-hosted configuration on dedicated hardware. Yworq Inc operates in the United States. When these models process your data, including any data received from Google Workspace APIs, that processing occurs within our own isolated infrastructure.

Your data is never transmitted back to the original model provider, and is never used by us or by any model provider for training, fine-tuning, model improvement, or any secondary purpose. Google user data is processed locally and is never shared with the model provider for training or secondary purposes.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Qubrid may implement monitoring systems to detect abuse of the Services. If violations are detected, Qubrid may:

• remove or block content
• suspend accounts
• terminate access to the Services
• report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required by law
